as of yet, i have not left the upstairs of my house since i woke up. this means i have not showered or anything else that most of you would associate with preparing for a busy day. i have done chemistry today. one more chapter down. (i got a 90% for those of you keeping up.) tuesdays here mean dustin works and i finish all the errands that didn't get finished yesterday (depending on how long chemistry takes me. today was a record. only a few hours. that left me with time to put on the duvet cover that has been washed and crumpled in the floor for probably two weeks. i folded clothes that were lost in the duvet cover and put away the clothes in my "closet room." i also wrote and sent my grandfather a letter, my old work and insurance got a letter too. i got caught up on my favorite hott mama's blog and that of her sweet, sweet spawn, big boy s as well. after this, i will shower and go to the bank. i will emerge from the house a success! it is like a caterpillar turning into the most beautiful butterfly. (i had to throw in a sick cliche that i knew would make the hott mama, herself, gag.) speaking of the temptress, her birthday is friday. it is probably the only thing in the world that could keep me away from the sex and the city movie premier (that and the fact that there is no telling when our two horse town will get the movie). i can not wait to invite myself over for a birthday celebration. i should make a point to call her to find out the when's and where's and what-to-brings. oh boy.
also i bought a hobo bag yesterday to sell on ebay. my shopping adventure with quinn, lead us to tj maxx. they randomly had hobo bags in the purse section. so i called my friend melissa (who makes a living off of ebay). she looked up how much they were going for and what i could hope to make. only one was worth purchasing and selling, but i hopefully, stand to make at least $50. now that should buy me a shopping trip for the future.
other big news includes the fact that june is almost here. that means i should be getting one more day off a week to do the chemistry--making my grade that much higher and getting the class done that much faster. also it should pave the way for the elusive rock band party.
at 5 our new roommate, rose is moving in. some of you will remember that she and dan came to visit us in berkeley. so you have seen her.
memorial day weekend is over. thank goodness. the farm was pretty busy. and though it made for quick days, i was exhausted. saturday, i also had one killer migraine to work with. that hasn't happened in a while, but it made sunday easy because i was so happy i could just move. so all is well here. now, i will shower.

Two horse town?! I haven't seen any horses in this town. But stray cats - that's something we have in abundance.
