a snoozer

so today was filled with a few things. here we go. i woke up after little sleep thanks to my own insomnia, and our early rising neighbors who faught and then told the mosst hilarious jokes. all i heard was yelling (in a foreign language) and then laughing. it was amazing. dust had his eye appointment for new contacts in oakland, so i mostly had the afternoon off. i walked down to the donut store and got a glazed donut for me and a chocolate covered for dust. then i went in two pet shops. one stunk like pet pee, so i was happy when dust called to tell me he wouldn't need a ride home because the dr said that even though she had dialated his eyes, he would be ok to drive. that was good because i was talking to the man in the stinky pet shop and the phone ringing let me leave without being too rude. i decided to duck in the flower shop that is right down the road from us (i was, afterall, walking since dust had the car). i bought the makings of an herb pot. it is no where near as nice as abby's but it is nice to have some plants around the house.
